Hi Debi - Thanks for the shout out! Yep, you're right, I'm at catchy title here. Congrats on your weight loss so far, I'm having fun reading about your adventures.
Thanks Kristin!! You will do great too. In fact, you will probably do better since I like to eat my normal foods (not always diet food), just in smaller amounts. This means that my weight loss will probably be slower than most, but that is ok, so long as I am losing!!!
