It's Done! I Lost My Restriction!

A beautiful photo (not taken by me, I'm afraid) of the Sierra's

Hey Ya'll,

Well, today we were supposed to ride the Bike up to Reno.  But because we didn't receive some parts yesterday, that we were expecting.  We decided not to take the Bike.  So we had to drive up in the Truck instead.  It was a perfect day for a long Bike ride too!!  Oh well, at least I got some of my Crocheting done!  LOL  If you recall, I crochet when we are driving up through the Sierra's to control my worrying about how Walt likes to drive!

We made it up there in record time, and was about 30 minutes early.  And as usual, they took us back to a room within a few minutes!  But, because Fridays are Laurie's really busy day, we had to wait for about 15 minutes before she made it to our room.  However, as soon as she entered the room and heard my symptoms, she immediately pulled out .3 cc's!!  I was hoping for .1-.25 at the most to be taken out!!

So .3 was more than I wanted!  But I must say that right now, I feel as if I have NO Restriction at all, which of course means that I was able to eat today without any pain at all.  So now I have to deal with little to no restriction again for awhile.  However, my next appointment is set for the first week in December.  But I am not sure if I will get the Fill then, or just wait until after the New Year.  If I can do ok through the rest of the year without gaining too much weight (if at all!), then I may just wait until after the first of the year as I hate to drive over the Sierra's in the Winter!  So I may just grin and bear it for a few Months!

Anyway, I have to get off the Internet for now, got lots to do...till next time...

Aloha My Friends

It is good to have your symptoms gone, but be careful. During my last unfill they basically took out my last two fills. I thought I would have no restriction and I felt like it for a couple days. After a few more days my restriction came back. It isn't perfect, but I feel tighter than I did last time at this level. It is very strange, but from what I understand is during an unfill the fluid redistributes a little differently. Strange things our bands are!!!

Glad you're feeling better Debi. .3 isn't much so you should still have restriction. Give it some time.

Thanks Kathy, I can only hope that I still do have enough restriction to do me some good.

My restriction comes and goes. Somedays I am ready to pick up the phone to get an unfill, then I can go days and eat anything and everything. Last night was bad-stuck on everything. Can't figure it out and no weight loss. So if your weight keeps dropping, I'd say stick to the fill level you have. I hope it's enough. We're at almost the same weight. Sorry I haven't been commenting much-my busy life is interferring with my blogging life. Must sort it all out and get back to what is important-my blogger buddies.

I agree with you Sandy Lee! My life has been interfering with my blogging life for far too long!! Hopefully after the first of the year, I can get back to monitoring all my blogging buddies too!
