I have a new Follower, and her name is Mandy!! She was Banded on December 6th, 2010 and has already lost over 50 lbs!!! Her Blog is called, Frog and Owl. So if you haven't already checked out her Blog, jump on over and check it out!!! LOL Like me, she also likes to Crochet!! And in my book, that says a lot!!! LOL
By the way Katrina....I noticed in your Blog that you mentioned a recipe given to you by your Nutritionist called the Lazy Lasagna. Could you possibly give me that recipe??? I know that it should be super easy, but since I have never made Lasagna.....a recipe would help me tons!!!

Sorry Debi! The follow from the Frog & The Owl would be me! My friend and I share the blog! So its myself that had Lap BAND surgery! So Hello and Nice to meet you! ( And I am on the right )...LOL Katrina is on the left!
